Speak the Helpful Truth
Creating through the Power of Love [recorded July-August 2020]
Your Instructor
In my 40 years as a psychotherapist I have offered my clients the most practical help I could find. Insight is not enough to solve the problems of daily living. We have to actually change our own behaviors. These changes are sometimes powerful and often simple, but rarely easy.
Taking lessons from the individuals, couples and families with which I have worked, I have produced guided modules that will help anyone who is looking to improve his or her significant relationships. This site makes those lessons available to many more people than I could serve in my office.
Much of my work as a pastoral psychotherapist has been with individuals and couples in highly conflicted and even abusive relationships. Learning how to help them has given me an understanding of how to describe complex and confusing concepts in a manner that can be easily understood.
